I'm really not mate. But according to what you wrote, you could be in doubt

    Yes both transfers are legit.

The 13yo sells for a lot due to high naturals in everything else than qck (90), he is also very young meaning he can hit hard (not that hard) at age 20 and will have loads of sp's in his later seasons. He is never worth it, but due to that the transfer can not be rollbacked.

The 16yo transfer with 90 determ. is legit as well due to high naturals in everything else as well. He is never worth it (imo) but some people tend to have different opinions on the single different skillpoint, also in top5.

Also users that aint very forum active or have never played on a high level, don't know the consequences of low natural limits, which cause them to make a stupid bid.

There is a big difference on these sales and others that are just plain stupid. These are legit, due to what I stated above.

(I'm talking about the transfers, not the connection between users)

the 13yo one was indeed overpriced but still legit due to reasons mentioned above and a massive bidfight.

    15k ?

  • #9 2019-03-15 14:07

Looks like a sneaky WWT cheese tactic.
To avoid the 5 highest SP players rule.

The player got sold before for 15k without rollback. Looks like a legit sale

    Banking. Same buyer. Same seller

Buying back your former player is allowed. You mean the current seller bought the player from the former seller who is now the new buyer.

mates helping each other out banking, which imo shouldn't be allowed in the first place, but it is.

    nothing wrong there.

Fuck banking. It’s destroying the game and it should be illegal even within the current set of rules. The admin team is just too weak to do anything about it.

§3.3. You are not allowed to use any known or unknown bugs or exploits within the game.
    - Abusing the transfer system.

§4.1. When bidding, never bid (much) more than the market price for a player. Unserious bids are regarded as cheating
    c. Bidding on a friend or family members player to help them out.

§4.2. You are not allowed to deliberately transfer money from one clan to another. This may be by trading a player at a higher value or trading many players with lower values.
    a. Selling a player to a friend at a high price to transfer money to someone in need is unfair to those selling similar players at a lower market price.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think I've seen the older transfer and reported as well - not sure about that, anyways nothing happend.

I don't see it as cheating, but it is against the rules.

    So...

  • #19 2019-03-16 13:16

Banking is typically at the market value of the player because the beneficiary of the banking can't afford a player at the first time of asking, so their accomplice (yep that's the word I would use, screw bankers) buys and holds it until they're ready to buy it later (at market value).

This looks more like a loan of CSM, at a price arguably above market value - which is a whole different ball game

In this case it can also be used to play in a lower WWT than you should be allowed to. Clearly abusing the system.
