    i hope not

They player is sick, so I guess it all comes down to if the overbidder has more money behind it or if its a all in.
I think that also counts when admins looking at rollbacks.

gl burns, u get rich no mather what

Atleast now he don't almost double price

  • #6 2016-09-23 11:52

Just to mess with you, but not against the rules IMO.

  • #7 2016-09-23 17:35

why against the rules? 700k is not overpaid

    Quote:

§4.1. When bidding, never bid (much) more than the market price for a player. Unserious bids are regarded as cheating. (Further information)

    Why?
The CSM transfer market is based on supply and demand and is a free market. An unserious/unrealistic bid will be rolledback if it is much more than the market price as this is unfair to other managers selling similar players on the transfer list.

What are examples for unserious bidding?
    a. Wasting your money when leaving the game.
    b. Attempting to get a bid rolled back to annoy the seller.
    c. Bidding on a friend or family members player to help them out.

What are the punishments for unserious bidding?
Additional Punishment Points (PP) and rollback for buyer (If no collusions).
Rollback and Additional Punishment Points (PP) for buyer and seller (if there's collusion).

That 700k bid is clearly against the rules, just read them...

as much as I wouldn't want a player like this wasted there are tons of transfers that are more off rules and are going through than this

Hu7K: so i assume you will ban the user that intentionally bid again and screwed up the same transfer?

I also assume that you informed him about that being the case if he repeats the action.

Before, the user/s in question received an amount of Punishment Points (PPs) and a 25 000 csm fine. As the game did progress over time and income raised by a lot, we feel the punishment isn't in line anymore. Therefore, the punishment has received an update: Now, the user/s in question will receive an amount of PPs and a 50 000 csm fine. If it's not the first case for any of the involved users, the monetary fine will jump to 100 000 csm or 20% of the bid, depending on what amount is higher

S85 update news as far as I remember

So, a few weeks until he runs out of money and player can be sold?

  • #13 2016-09-23 18:30

maybe he cant be there for the deadline? thus he's placing a bet that he feels wont get overbid

  • #14 2016-09-23 18:57

kind of interesting since the last time this user bought a player was over a year ago

    2015-05-27 14:00 Bought Widz (id: ) from CSM-Agent for 10 000 csm

  • #15 2016-09-23 19:19

he is betting on different kinds of players, maxed and young untrained, so this proves he is not trying to buy players to stop playing, just donating money to other players

You guys are funny as hell... reminds me this transfer, using FL bug money is ok, this is not ok? Am I missing something?

Can't quote a closed topic but here we go:

    D-F-D (GA+)

Yes the price was high but i can't say for everyone. High enough for a rollback? Maybe... but i understand why this wasn't a rollback. What i can say is that you wouldn't want rollbacks based on high prices alone... thats when the system would go bananas. Prices vary a lot, where we draw the line?

Does it really matter where the money came from? The seller had nothing to do with the cheater....

    2nd

    D-F-D (GA+)

But explain to me again why we should penalize a seller if the sell price is OK and he has NOTHING to do with the bidder?
