Youth academy would be the solution, but i guess its too "hard work" for volunteers..

    That's a harsh opinion.

It isn't about the hard work.. It's about the amount of time they Need to invest whilst the user base is just flaming and trolling. To publish a good youth academy.. It takes several devs weeks if not months of free time to build.

as it simply forces people to rebuild seeing as nobody wants to sell a godlike and get taxed hundreds of thousands csm

Wasn't this super obvious when you announced the changes?

Exacly, it is too hard work(this implies time consuming) for free coders

They could give half league xp for each pcw game to players with less than 23y or something like that.. that would be easy to do and you could have your main team and a few kids training along, cuz xp is the only thing that prevents you to do it right now..

And there you go, in a couple of minutes you'll have your Youth academy

This change would heavily favour the rebuilding strategy as it makes 13yo ending up with lvl 4 xp at 22 years at best and allow them to have lvl 5 xp at age of 29+. With perfect trained 22yo at lvl 4 xp you would be able to grind international trophies 14-17 seasons in a row then. To rebalance this csm agent would need to adapt too, then we end up with inflated xp lvls in general. F.e. Everyone above 28 years with lvl 5 xp, generated 22yo nearly maxxed or maxxed in top5 + at lvl 4 xp etc.
Lvl 5 xp is meant to be gained late and only usable few seasons before the player dies in boosted top5.
The current xp cap encourages users to manage match slots. F.e.If you want to sidetrain young players while competing you want to reduce it to 1-2 seasons at max to lower the lack of xp gain. If you prefer the maximum possible xp gain, you go for the 13yo rebuild with all the risk of costs and waiting for 13yo to appear on TL.

The amount of xp can be adjust.. just do the math and give players under 23y or 22y or whatever the fair xp amount per pcw so they can be lvl3 at that age ..not that hard to solve that testament that you wrote xD
Or give them league games xp instead of pcw, that way it's the same as a rebuilders would have ..

The point is, there's a simple way of doing it .. not weeks of coding as it was said ...
